Dziweni dam phase 1

The project entailed the following: Construction of Earth Dam 150x150mx4m: Fencing around the Dam, construction of intake chamber, installation of a high lift solar pump, installation of raw water pipeline main, construction of 20m3 per hour composite filtration unit, construction of 50m3 Ferro cement fresh water tank, water kiosks and animal troughs.

8No. Boreholes in Kwale County

This project was by far one of the most logistic intensive projects Aqal has taken on in Kwale County due to the sites being in different locations which required precise and well thought out plan. The project consisted of 8 No. boreholes, equipped with fully automated electric borehole pumps, power grid installation in rural areas, construction of 6 meter water towers with 10,000L water tanks, community water points with 5000L water tanks. All sites had similar specifications.
